Portuguese-Speaking FX Retention Team Lead Role
Location: Limassol, Cyprus

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead for our Portuguese FX Retention Desk at a well-established brokerage firm based in Limassol.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Portuguese speaker
• Minimum 1 year of experience in FX retention
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Currently based in Cyprus or open to relocating on short notice
• Experience building or growing a retention desk is a strong advantage
