FX Sales Retention Agent (Thai)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Promote the company's products and services to existing customers.
- Increase client engagement, retention, and trading activity.
- Identify opportunities to maximize client deposits and lifetime value.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the client journey.
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely communication.
- Handle objections professionally and effectively.
- Keep up to date with financial markets, industry developments, and company offerings.
- Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets.
Requirements
- Native/fluent in Thai, good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Previous Retention experience within the Forex & CFD industry is mandatory.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve KPIs.
- Computer literate and comfortable working with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
