We are looking for a highly motivated, Swedish speaking FX Trainee Conversion Specialist with solid sales experience to join our dynamic team in Malta. Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients and convert leads into active traders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and retention
• Apply sales techniques to maximize client acquisition and trading volume
• Educate clients on trading platforms, products and market trends
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
• Proven sales experience, ideally in FX, finance or a strongly sales driven field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ambitious, results driven and eager to learn
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Experience in forex or financial markets is a plus but not required
