Mandarin-Speaking FX Conversion Team Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead for our Mandarin FX Conversion Desk at a well-established brokerage firm based in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Mandarin speaker

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FX Conversion as TL

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Currently based in Dubai or open to relocating on short notice

• Experience in building or growing a Conversion desk is a strong advantage
