Role: Creative Manager - FX Industry
Location: Bulgaria, Israel, or Dubai (relocation support provided)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Manager to lead our creative direction across web, content, and digital presence. This role sits at the intersection of design, SEO, and brand strategy, and is best suited to a candidate who has worked within the FX or trading industry and understands how creative output must perform commercially, not simply look polished.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the creative strategy across all brand touchpoints
• Build, manage, and continuously optimize company websites
• Develop and execute SEO strategy to strengthen organic visibility and traffic
• Manage online reputation and reviews, maintaining a strong and consistent public brand image
• Partner closely with marketing and product teams to ensure creative work supports wider business objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Manager within an FX or trading company (essential)
• Strong background in SEO, both on page and technical
• Hands on experience building and managing websites
• Experience with online review and reputation management
• Strong design sensibility with an eye for brand consistency
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
